Sell with local payment methods using dLocal Go

Get paid through dLocal Go and let your buyers pay with PIX, Boleto, OXXO, cards, and other local methods - the sale goes straight to your own dLocal Go account.

What is dLocal Go?

dLocal Go is a payment platform focused on local payment methods across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. When you sell with dLocal Go on ZebraSnap, your buyers pay with the methods they actually use - PIX and Boleto in Brazil, cash and cards in most of Latin America, mobile money in Kenya - and the money lands directly in your dLocal Go balance.

How it works behind the scenes:

  • Payments run through dLocal Go's Split Payments: the buyer pays, dLocal Go automatically sends your share to your own dLocal Go account, and ZebraSnap receives its standard commission.
  • You withdraw directly from dLocal Go to your local bank account, in your currency.
  • There is no subscription: you pay the same per-sale commission as any ZebraSnap photographer, plus dLocal Go's processing fee per transaction (see the fee table in your payout settings).

Which countries does it cover?

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.

If your country supports our standard Stripe payouts too, you can choose either method (or set up both and switch anytime) in Settings -> Payouts.

Step 1 - Create your dLocal Go account

  1. Sign up at dashboard.dlocalgo.com/signup. It's free.
  2. Complete their identity verification (KYC): proof of identity, proof of address, and the bank details where you want your withdrawals.
  3. You can start with the basic verification level and upgrade later if you need higher limits.

Step 2 - Request our collaboration invite

For dLocal Go to route payments to your account, ZebraSnap must send you a Split Payments invitation from our dLocal Go dashboard. Request it in either of these ways:

  • From ZebraSnap (recommended): go to Settings -> Payouts, open the dLocal Go tab, and enter the email of your dLocal Go account and your country. We get notified immediately.
  • Contact us directly: write to our support email with the subject "dLocal Go invite" (include the email of your dLocal Go account), or message us on WhatsApp - both are in the site footer and the contact page.

We usually send the invitation within one business day.

Step 3 - Accept the invitation

  1. dLocal Go emails you the collaboration invitation.
  2. Open your dLocal Go dashboard, go to Split Payments, and accept it.
  3. The contract lists ZebraSnap as collaborator with your agreed commission - the same commission as your ZebraSnap plan, just collected automatically by dLocal Go.

Step 4 - Link your account in ZebraSnap

  1. In your dLocal Go dashboard, in Split Payments, find the contract you just accepted and copy its Integrator Code (it looks like c3BsaXQ6MjM0).
  2. Back in Settings -> Payouts -> dLocal Go, paste the code and click Verify code.
  3. That's it - dLocal Go becomes your active payout method and you can publish and sell right away.

What your buyers see

Nothing changes in your albums or links. At checkout, buyers are redirected to dLocal Go's secure page with the methods for your country - PIX, Boleto, OXXO, cards, cash, or bank transfer. Once they pay, the order is delivered automatically, like any ZebraSnap sale. Cash methods (Boleto, OXXO) can take a little longer to confirm; the buyer receives their photos as soon as the payment settles.

Costs

Two costs apply per sale, and both are shown upfront in Settings -> Payouts:

  1. ZebraSnap's commission - the same as your plan; dLocal Go collects it automatically on each sale.
  2. dLocal Go's processing fee - varies by country and payment method (for example, PIX in Brazil is around 1%). Local taxes may apply on the fee. dLocal Go deducts it from the transaction.

There are no monthly costs and no setup costs.

If your commission changes

dLocal Go contracts have a fixed commission, so if your ZebraSnap plan changes (upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation), we'll send you a new invitation with the updated commission. Accept it and paste the new Integrator Code in your payout settings. Until you do, sales keep using the previous commission.

Switching or disconnecting

In Settings -> Payouts you can:

  • Switch methods anytime if your country also supports Stripe payouts - your dLocal Go link stays saved.
  • Disconnect dLocal Go; your sales go back to your other payout method. You can reconnect later by pasting your Integrator Code again.

Troubleshooting

  • "We could not find a collaboration with that Integrator Code" - make sure you accepted the invitation first, and that you copied the code from Split Payments (not an API key).
  • "The collaboration is not active yet" - the invitation is still pending. Accept it in your dLocal Go dashboard and try again, or use Check status.
  • Payments stopped working - use Check status in your payout settings. If dLocal Go paused your account (verification limits, pending documents), their dashboard shows what they need.
