- How much does it cost to get started?
- Nothing. Publishing is free, every app and plugin is free, and you only pay commission when a photo sells. No setup fee, no subscription.
- How quickly do I get paid?
- Weekly payouts: every Monday we deposit whatever accumulated during the week. No invoicing, no waiting until end-of-month.
- Who owns the photos?
- You do. Your photos are always yours. When someone buys, they download the full-resolution file for personal use - the image is still yours and you can keep using, displaying, or selling it wherever you want.
- What resolution do buyers download?
- Full resolution, exactly as you uploaded it - no ZebraSnap watermark. Public previews do carry a watermark and are downscaled.
- Can I set my own prices?
- Yes. You set a price per album (not per individual photo) and you can launch coupons or volume discounts for each event from the dashboard.
- Is there a photo limit?
- No limit by photo count - the cap is by storage. The free plan includes 25 GB and paid plans go up to 2 TB. How many photos fit depends on your file sizes.
- How does facial recognition work?
- Athletes upload a selfie and we compare it against every photo in the event. You don't tag anything by hand - recognition runs automatically as soon as you upload.
- What if no one buys my photos?
- Then you don't pay anything. We only charge commission per sale. Publishing, storage, and the apps stay free whether you sell or not.
- Can multiple photographers cover the same event?
- Yes. Each photographer uploads to the same event; buyers see all the covers and pick the ones they like. Each photographer keeps their own earnings.
