1. Photo Purchases
Digital photo downloads have specific refund conditions due to their instant delivery nature:
Generally Non-Refundable
Digital downloads are typically non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be "returned".
Refund Exceptions
We'll provide refunds in these situations:
- • Wrong photo delivered (different person/event)
- • Corrupted or undownloadable files
- • Duplicate charges or payment errors
- • Technical issues preventing download
24-Hour Window
Contact support within 24 hours of purchase for photo-related issues to be eligible for a refund.
2. Subscription Plans (For Photographers)
Our photographer subscription plans have flexible refund options:
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days:
- • Full refund for unused time remaining
- • Prorated calculation based on usage
- • No penalties or hidden fees
After 14 Days
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months, but you keep access until the period ends.
3. Event Packages
Special refund terms apply to bulk event photo packages:
Before Event Date
Full refund available up to 48 hours before the event starts.
After Event
Refunds considered case-by-case if photos don't meet quality standards or if technical issues occurred during the event.
