Pay with cash at OXXO or by SPEI transfer

What are OXXO and SPEI payments?

If the photographer sells in Mexico, you can pay for your photos without a card:

• OXXO: you get a payment voucher and pay in cash at any of the 20,000+ OXXO stores in Mexico.
• SPEI: you send a bank transfer from your banking app using a CLABE account number and a reference.

Both options appear automatically at checkout when they're available for your order, next to the usual card payment.

Paying at OXXO, step by step

1. Add your photos to the cart and press Checkout.
2. On the payment page, choose OXXO and confirm.
3. You'll see a voucher with a payment number. We also email it to you, so you don't need to pay right away.
4. Go to any OXXO store, tell the cashier you want to make an OXXO Pay payment, show the voucher number (from your phone is fine) and pay in cash.
5. That's it. OXXO reports your payment and it's confirmed within 1 business day at most. As soon as it's confirmed, we prepare your photos and email you the download links.

Keep in mind:

• The voucher shows an expiration date (3 days by default). If you don't pay before then, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged - you can simply buy the photos again.
• OXXO payments work for orders between 10 and 10,000 MXN.

Paying by SPEI, step by step

1. Add your photos to the cart and press Checkout.
2. On the payment page, choose Bank transfer and confirm.
3. You'll see the transfer details: a CLABE, the bank, a reference and the exact amount. We also email them to you.
4. Open your banking app and send a SPEI transfer for the exact amount, including the reference.
5. SPEI transfers usually confirm within minutes, even on weekends. Once confirmed, we email you the download links.

Keep in mind:

• Transfer the exact amount. If you transfer less, the payment stays incomplete until the remaining amount arrives.
• If you never send the transfer, the order expires after a few days and nothing is charged.

Where do I see my order if I don't have an account?

You don't need a ZebraSnap account. After choosing OXXO or SPEI we email you:

• The payment instructions (voucher or CLABE), so you can pay later.
• A link to your order, where you can check its status anytime and download your photos once the payment is confirmed.

If your payment is about to expire, we send you a reminder.

For photographers

There's nothing to set up. If you sell through our Mexican payment platform, OXXO and SPEI appear automatically as options for your buyers, and offering local payment methods usually means more completed sales.

• You get a notification when a buyer starts an offline payment, and the usual sale notification once it's paid.
• Pending payments don't count in your sales or stats until they're confirmed.
• Your commission works exactly the same as with card payments - see Commissions and fees.
