How it works
Every photographer has an invite code and a link to sign up with it. When another photographer signs up with your link or enters your code, they get US$25 in credit. When they make their first sale, you get US$50.
Your balance is only used when your sales are charged: it covers ZebraSnap's commission as far as it goes. You don't have to turn it on or redeem it.
Invite photographers
- Open Rewards. In Settings, go to Rewards & Referrals.
- Copy your link. Press Copy link, or Share to send it by WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Your invitee signs up. When they open your link, your code is already filled in on the sign-up form.
- Earn on their first sale. When they sell, their invite changes to Reward credited and your balance goes up.
Tip. Share your link with photographers who already cover events: their first sale comes sooner, and so does your reward.

In Photographers you invited you see every photographer who signed up with your code and where they stand: Waiting for first sale or Reward credited. Further down are all your credit transactions.
Promo codes
If you get a code from the ZebraSnap team, redeem it on the same page to add to your balance.
How other photographers use it
Your race partner
You share your link with the photographer who covers the same race with you. They sell their first album and your next sales are commission-free.
Your photographer group
You paste your link in your city's photographer WhatsApp group and everyone who signs up with it gets their welcome credit.
A photography workshop
You share your code with your students: they start selling with credit and you earn with each one who makes their first sale.
Frequently asked questions
- How much do I earn per invitee?
- US$50 in credit when your invitee makes their first sale. There is no limit on invitees.
- What does the person I invite get?
- US$25 in credit as soon as they sign up as a photographer with your link or your code.
- Can I cash out the credit?
- No. Credit only applies to your sales to cover ZebraSnap's commission. It never covers Stripe's processing fee.
- What happens if that first sale is refunded?
- Your reward is reversed and the invite shows as reverted. Your invitee's welcome credit stays.
- Does the credit expire?
- No. Your balance stays until you use it on your sales.
