Presale: reserve photos before they are online

In short

Some photographers sell a pack of photos (for example, 3 photos for $30) before the album is online. You reserve it with your card and nothing is charged. When the photographer publishes the album, you choose your favorite photos and only then is your card charged.

If you don't like the photos, cancel and you pay nothing.

How to reserve

1. Open the reservation link the photographer shared.
2. Enter your email and press Save my card and reserve. Stripe's secure page asks for your card. We do not charge it.
3. We email you a link to your reservation. Keep it: it is how you choose your photos and manage your reservation, no account needed.

When the photos are online

1. We email you as soon as the photographer publishes the album.
2. Open the link and select the number of photos included in your pack. Tap the circle on a photo to select it, or tap the photo to see it larger.
3. Press Get my photos. Only now we charge the price of the pack to the card you saved. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, you will be taken to its page and back.
4. Your photos are delivered like any other order. See Download your photos.

You have 14 days after the album is published to choose. We send a reminder 3 days before the deadline.

If the album ends up with fewer photos than your pack, you take all of them and the price is reduced in proportion.

Cancel any time, pay nothing

You can cancel your reservation at any time before choosing your photos, from the link in your email. Nothing was charged, so there is nothing to refund.

Your reservation also ends by itself, without any charge, if:

• The album is not published within 60 days of your reservation.
• You do not choose your photos within 14 days of the album being published.

If your card is declined

Nothing is charged. Press Change card on your reservation, save another card and confirm again. More help in My payment was declined.
