Pay the photographer directly by bank transfer, mobile payment or cash

What does paying the photographer directly mean?

Some photographers let you pay them directly, by bank transfer, mobile payment, a digital wallet or in cash. In that case the payment doesn't go through ZebraSnap: you pay the photographer, they confirm it and we deliver your photos.

Step by step

1. Add your photos to the cart.
2. Choose Pay the photographer directly and press See how to pay. If you're buying without an account, enter your email; your name and your WhatsApp are optional and help the photographer find your order.
3. You'll see the amount, your reference (for example ZS-4F7KQ) and the photographer's methods with a button to copy each detail. We also email it to you.
4. Pay the exact amount and put the reference in the payment description or in your message.
5. In your order, under Already paid?, attach the screenshot or PDF of the payment, or enter the transaction number, and press I paid, send receipt. If the photographer has WhatsApp, you can also send it to them there with the Send by WhatsApp button.
6. When the photographer confirms the payment, we email you the download links.

How long do I have to pay?

Whatever the photographer chose, from 1 to 14 days; you can see it in your order. We send you a reminder before it runs out. If you don't pay in time, the order is cancelled and the photos stay available to buy again.

If the photographer can't find your payment

We email you with what they told us (for example, that the amount arrived short). Check the amount and the account, and send your receipt again from your order. Your order stays reserved.

Talking to the photographer

Your order has a chat with the photographer. Write to them there if you have questions about the payment; they reply by email and in your order.

Does ZebraSnap receive my money?

No. You pay the photographer directly and ZebraSnap doesn't receive or handle this payment. If you need a refund, ask the photographer through your order's chat.
