Your account: sign-in, password, email and profile

In short

• Forgot your password, or never had one because you signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook? Use Forgot password to set a new one.
• Your email, phone, language and country are in Settings → Account.
• Your public page (photo, bio, social links) is in Settings → Public Profile.
• You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete Account.

Signing in

You can sign in with your email and password, or with Google, Apple or Facebook. Always use the same method you signed up with: signing in with a different Google account creates a separate, empty account.

Signed up with Google, Apple or Facebook? You don't have a password yet

Accounts created with Google, Apple or Facebook have no ZebraSnap password. That's fine on the website and the mobile app, but a few places need one:

• The Lightroom plugin, which only signs in with email and password.
• The desktop app's Sign in with email and password option (its Continue in your browser option works with Google and Apple, no password needed).
• Deleting your account.

To create a password:

1. Sign out and open Forgot password (the link is also on the sign-in page).
2. Enter the email of your account. We send you a link.
3. Open the link and choose your password.

From then on you can sign in both ways: with Google (or Apple, or Facebook) and with email and password.

The Password page in settings asks for your current password, so it only works once you have one.

Changing your email

Go to Settings → Account and edit your email. The change is immediate: use the new email to sign in from then on. Orders you already made stay in your account.

Username and profile link

Your username is your public link: zebrasnap.com/your-username. In most cases it can't be changed. If you really need a different one, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Public profile

Settings → Public Profile holds what athletes see on your page: name, photo, location, bio (up to 500 characters), website and social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads and LinkedIn). Your profile cover and logo are in Settings → Brand; see Customize your brand.

To see it as visitors do, open your profile from the account menu.

Language

Choose the language of the site and of our emails in Settings → Account → Preferred language. ZebraSnap is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean.

Notifications and emails

In Settings → Notifications you choose which emails you get: general notifications (like sales), message emails and announcements. On your phone, the mobile app sends push notifications for sales and messages.

Messages from buyers

Athletes can write to you from your profile with Send message. You'll find the conversations in Inbox. On the Free plan you can read 3 new messages per month; paid plans read them all. See Plans, prices and limits.

Switching between athlete and photographer

If you signed up as an athlete and want to sell, use Become a photographer on your dashboard or change it in Settings → Account.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete Account removes your account after you confirm with your password (if you signed up with Google and have no password, create one first with Forgot password). Deleting is permanent: your albums and photos go with it.

Two-step verification

ZebraSnap doesn't have two-step verification yet. Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else, or sign in with Google or Apple, which apply their own protection.
